a. Individually trustees review board effectiveness quiz and then write down some areas where the board is doing good stuff and some areas where board needs to improve.
b. What are we doing well?
c. What do we need to improve?
III. Solutions/ideas for improving – take each improvement area and begin to brainstorm possible solutions and/or ideas.
IV. Goals for the board
a. Based on their suggestions for improvement, board members set goals for the next year.
